Shipping policy

As of November 26th we no longer ship to forwarding facilities or able to accommodate shipping to temporary addresses within the UK.

Pre Order Shipping:

Our shipping policy states that we ship orders once all items are available and in stock. To ensure timely delivery of items as they become available, we suggest placing multiple orders. Please make separate orders for in-stock items and pre-orders.

Our goal at We Are Gaming is to ensure that your order is processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. If you place an order on a Friday before 12pm, it will be dispatched on the following Monday, unless it falls on a public holiday. In such cases, it will be delayed until the next working business day.

For orders placed after 12 pm, processing will commence on the subsequent business day.

To ensure reliable delivery, we primarily rely on Royal Mail for shipping our products. Their guidelines govern the delivery process. Orders valued at £100 or more are automatically sent through Royal Mail 48 at no extra cost, unless an alternative option is chosen. For orders below £100, customers have the freedom to choose their preferred shipping method during checkout. While you have the option to choose a different shipping method, it’s important to note that this will not change the processing and shipping timeframe as specified above.

When your order exceeds £200, we entrust its delivery to our dedicated courier service DPD, ensuring that it arrives safely and promptly at your doorstep.
